I enjoy writing and dabbling in new adventures. Likewise, my heart is excited about this recent idea that was passed on to me: A Gratitude Journal. A consistent reminder to never take anything for granted. Each night before slumber I will scribble down three things that I am grateful for. Sometimes it will be "small" and other times it will be bigger picture ideas. I can already tell you that in the first week I will have written down: broccoli, my computer, nice pens, laughter, trail hikes, and my cat Blu (probably twice).
I envision this idea taking my dreams to wonderful places. I am quirky in the way that I like to create lists at the end of a long day to include everything I have accomplished and then, naturally, I check them all off. Man that feels good. I too like to write stories, ideas, goals, etc. Each day will be different and lovely just the same.
